Commercial Land & Luxury Effective date: August 18, 2026 Last reviewed: August 18, 2026
We want this site to work for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or voice control.
WHAT WE ARE AIMING FOR
We are working toward Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. That is the standard commonly referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act and the California Unruh Civil Rights Act.
We are not claiming full conformance. This site is a work in progress and we would rather tell you that than post a claim we cannot support.
WHAT WE HAVE DONE
- Text and background colors chosen to meet the WCAG AA contrast ratio
- Descriptive alternative text on images that carry meaning
- Headings structured in order so screen readers can navigate the page
- Forms with visible, associated labels
- Links written to make sense out of context, not “click here”
- Layout that reflows on phones and tablets without horizontal scrolling
- Video content, where present, hosted on a player that supports captions
WHAT WE KNOW IS NOT DONE YET
Being straight with you about the gaps:
- Some older blog posts and PDFs published before this statement may lack complete alternative text or a proper heading structure
- Some downloadable PDFs, including offering memorandums and market briefs, are not yet fully tagged for screen readers
- Third-party embedded content, including scheduling and mapping tools, is outside our control and may not fully conform
- Some interactive elements have not been tested against every assistive technology
IF SOMETHING DOES NOT WORK FOR YOU
Tell us and we will fix it, and in the meantime we will get you the information another way.
Call (916) 513-0217 or email matt@cll-cre.com with the subject line “Accessibility”.
Please include the page address and what happened. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
If a document or a page is not usable for you, we will provide the same information by phone, by email, in large print, or in another format that works. There is no charge for that and you do not need to explain why you need it.
HOW WE TEST
We review new pages against the WCAG 2.1 AA checklist as they are built, and we act on any issue reported to us. We have not yet commissioned a full third-party accessibility audit. When we do, this page will say so and will carry the date.
FORMAL COMPLAINTS
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact:
- U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, ada.gov
- California Civil Rights Department, calcivilrights.ca.gov
We would rather hear from you first and fix it.
